Professional Profile
My professional experience as a life and health insurance agent began in the employee leasing industry in 1990. Employee leasing, aka professional employer organizations (PEO), enables employers pool together their respective employee groups for the purpose of reducing the cost of insurance, payroll and taxes.
I am enormously grateful to work with so many different kinds of businesses. It keeps my job very interesting because I’m constantly learning a little about each type of enterprise, and the teams that make them successful. It never ceases to amaze me the variety of ways people make a living! My corporate name was chosen specifically because I have successfully grown my business with the continued support of clients who recommend me. If you’re a client reading this, thank you.
I represent individuals and groups. I work to keep my product and industry knowledge up to date so that clients know that they are getting good advice.
Specialties: PEO provider consulting, employee benefits, payroll administration, workers’ compensation with PEO companies, time and attendance systems. Non-profit entities.
Individual products: life, health, health savings accounts, disability, long term care.
Group products: life, health, health savings accounts, short term disability, long term disability, long term care, dental, vision, accident.
Get to know Samantha Bond Richman
Getting to know my clients and what is important to them is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I like knowing what makes them get out of bed in the morning; what they like or what they despise; where they come from and where they want to go. I also like to know the vendors and associates with whom I do business.
I am driven by my love of my family. It makes me complete and I consider myself tremendously blessed to have two children, four siblings, and many nieces and nephews. I am very close to my parents and I try to spend as much time with them as is practical in this busy time of life. I will tell you stories about my family if you let me.
If you care to know, I like fishing, reading, golf and just being outdoors. I can’t play a single musical note, but I greatly enjoy live music. I love my silly cat and will tell you stories about him if you promise not to make jokes about the other white meat. Sometimes technology is my friend, and sometimes not, and I don’t know how we would get along without it. Speaking of friends, I consider clients friends to different degrees, and hope you will feel the same way. Let’s work toward our goals together!
