Women In Business Together We Roar | Sam Bond Benefit Group

St. Petersburg, FL, February 28, 2022 — One woman competitor will be honored by her peers through the Women In Business programs developed and supported by SRQ Media Group at the annual Together We Roar Leadership and Awards Luncheon on Friday, May 13, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota. A multi-year volunteer judge of the contest, and local business leader, Samantha Bond Richman returns to confidentially read, review and rate dozens of nominee questionnaires.

Since the inaugural event in 2014, Bond Richman has agreed each year to support SRQ Media’s annual Women in Business/Women Who Roar initiative by painstakingly reviewing the nominees’ written responses to what some consider a grueling application covering areas such as leadership, innovation, ability to overcome challenges, and community involvement.

“The nominees are all successful, courageous women in business, said Bond Richman. “Having the opportunity to learn each of their stories is uniquely gratifying.”

Nominees are rated by several judges and a group of five finalists is announced and recognized at the luncheon before the winner is revealed.

Samantha Bond Richman is founder and president of Sam Bond Benefit Group, an insurance agency catering to the needs of businesses for their employee benefits. Sam Bond Benefit Group is a certified Small Business Enterprise and certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners. Bond Richman previously served as President of the Network of Executive Women Tampa Bay, and is currently a member of the Business and Professional Women, Pinellas County Chapter.
